Jenica Burello is a doula and Lamaze Trained Childbirth Educator in the New Kensington area. She is a home schooling mom of two and is joining Blessed Arrivals as an occasional doula with her focus being on teaching Lamaze Childbirth Classes both privately and to groups. More information here

Operation Special Delivery is a volunteer-
based nonprofit organization that provides doulas to pregnant women whose husbands or partners have been injured or killed in action or are
deployed in the military.

• Comfort Measures for Labor – tips and techniques for coping with discomfort, stress and fatigue during labor.
• Lamaze Childbirth Classes – A thorough childbirth education series where you will learn about a variety topics related to your pregnancy and childbirth

The next series of Lamaze Classes will be offered starting in October. They are offered as a 6 week series on weeknights or a weekend class. Weekend dates upcoming are October 7 & 8, November 11 &12 and December 16 & 17. Weeknight class begins October 12th.
