Blessed Arrivals is very excited to have Jenica Burello joining us. Jenica is a labor doula and Lamaze Trained Childbirth Educator. She will teach in a group setting and will also teach a private series if your schedule does not allow you to attend in the group setting.

Classes are help for 6 weeks or as a weekend series. Classes are held in Jenica’s home in the New Kensington area.

This is a complete childbirth education series. You will learn about nutrition, exercise and postpartum wellness, relaxation techniques, movement and positions, husband as your coach, interventions and alternatives. Includes videos, games, snacks and much, much more.

Weekend dates upcoming are October 7 & 8, November 11 &12 and December 16 & 17. Weeknight class begins October 12th.
