Blessed Arrivals is very excited to have Jenica Burello joining us. Jenica is a labor doula and Lamaze Trained Childbirth Educator. She will teach in a group setting and will also teach a private series if your schedule does not allow you to attend in the group setting.

This is a complete childbirth education series. You will learn about nutrition, exercise and postpartum wellness, relaxation techniques, movement and positions, husband as your coach, interventions and alternatives. Includes videos, games, snacks and much, much more.
