ERICA GOEHRING

In 2008, Erica Goehring began helping parents and babies with breastfeeding as an accredited peer support volunteer.  As her own family grew, she began expanding her work to professional birth and postpartum doula services.

 

The mother of five children, Erica knows what a privilege it is to accompany a family on the journey of parenthood. Her goal is for parents to go through the experiences of pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenting feeling heard, supported, and confident.  Erica is particularly committed to enhancing the connection between a birthing parent and the primary birth partner.  Every birth experience is as unique as each family, and Erica offers unwavering support for the choices of the individual client.  

 

Erica provides birth services and postpartum care.  She is a trained Hypobabies Hypno-Doula, providing support to parents who train in the Hypnobabies method with the program’s specific vocabulary and techniques.  Erica offers hourly maternity services for clients who do not wish to have doula care during labor but are looking for information and preparation prior to birth.
